More updates on what Jake can now do:
He can now also point to his cheeks, shoulders and knees.
He now says mommy (instead of mama) most of the time and calls his Grandpa “papa.” He says “out” when I go to get him out of his car seat.
He knows that a cow says “moo,” a sheep says “baa,” a duck says “quack,” a horse says “neigh,” a cat says “meow,” and a monkey says “ooo ooo.”
He stands up and says “up” and then squats down and says “down.” It’s one of his favorite games. His other favorite game is to cover his eyes with his hands (or a napkin or something else) and then take the away and say “boo.”
He moves his arms in a rowing motion and says "row row row" when he wants me to sing row row row your boat. He'll say march (which kind of sounds more like mar) and hurrah whenever we hear the ants go marching.
He can now consistently climb up and sit on the couch by himself (before most times he needed some help).
